Answers to common questions
When I can check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm till 11:00 pm. Check-out is until 11:00 am. Late check-ins are not accepted.

Do you have luggage storage?

Luggage storage is avaliable from 11:00 am on the arrival date and until 2:00 pm on the departure date.

Do you need my ID/passport at check-in?

Yes. All guests, including minors, are required to show an identity document with a photo (ID card or passport) upon check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you made a Standard reservation, you can cancel free of charge until 2 days before your arrival date. Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail. For Non-refundable reservations cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. If you made booking through an external booking website or online travel agency, you need to contact them directly to cancel your reservation.

Do I need valid credit/debit card for reservation?

Yes, a valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation with us. If you made a Standard reservation, you will be charged a prepayment of the first night in 2 days before your arrival. For non-refundable reservations the full amount is charged in advance. Non-valid credit/debit cards will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro).

Can I change my booking?

Send us e-mail with your booking details and information about the modifications you need. We can change dates of your stay only if there are beds/rooms available on the required dates.

Group booking (9 people or more)

If you would like to make reservation for a group of 9 people or more, please, contact us by e-mail. Group reservations are non refundable and require the full payment at least two weeks prior to arrival.

Are people under 18 allowed in the hostel?

Minors under 18 are not allowed to stay in shared dormitories. Minors under 18 can only stay in private rooms, if accompanied by their parents.

Do you provide breakfasts?

No, unfortunately, we don’t.
