Answers to common questions
When I can check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm till 11:30 pm on the date of arrival. Check-out is any time up till 11:00 am on the date of departure. If your departure is later, you are welcome to stay in the common areas of the hostel after check-out or to use our free luggage storage room.

I’m arriving late, will reception be open?

The reception is open 24 hours. If you are arriving after 11:30 pm, please notify us in advance or your reservation will be marked as no show.

Do you need my ID/passport at check-in ?

Yes. By Spanish Law every person, including minors, is required to show an identity document with a photo (ID card or Passport) in order to be registered in any lodging establishment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be received by us at least 48 hours before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Please note if you cancel a Non-Refundable reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Do I need valid credit/debit card for reservation?

Yes, a valid credit/debit card is needed to guarantee your reservation with us. We pre-authorize the provided credit/debit cards up to the amount of the first night of your stay. Non-valid credit/debit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). A credit/debit card surcharge fee is 0,5%.

Can I change my booking?

Send us e-mail with your booking details and information about the modifications you need. We can modify dates of your stay only if there will be beds/rooms available on the required dates.

Are people under 18 allowed in the hostel?

Families with children under the age of 16 can stay in the hostel but only in a private room. Young guests older than 16 and under 18 traveling alone must have a notarized authorization signed by an adult relative or legal tutor to be allowed to stay in the hostel.

Do you provide breakfasts?

No, unfortunately, we don’t. But you can use our guest kitchen to cook your own meals.
