Answers to common questions
When I can check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm till 11:30 pm on the date of arrival. Check-out is anytime up until 11:00 am on the date of departure. You are welcome to stay in common areas of the hostel before check-in and after check-out, or to use our free luggage storage room.

I’m arriving late, will reception be open?

Our front desk is open 24 hours. If you are arriving after 11:30 pm, please notify us in advance or your reservation will be marked as no show.

Do you need my ID/passport at check-in ?

Yes. All guests, including minors, are required to show an identity document with a photo (ID card or passport) upon check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only and must be made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Please note that for non-refundable reservations, the deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

Do I need valid credit/debit card for reservation?

Yes, a valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation with us. We pre-authorize the provided credit/debit card up to the amount of the first night of your stay. For non-refundable reservations, the full amount is charged in advance. Non-valid credit/debit cards will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). A credit/debit card surcharge fee of 0.5% is added.

Can I change my booking?

Send us e-mail with your booking details and information about the modifications you need. We can change dates of your stay only if there are beds/rooms available on the required dates.

Are people under 18 allowed in the hostel?

Families with children under the age of 16 can stay in the hostel, but only in private rooms. Young guests older than 16 and under 18 traveling alone must have a notarized authorization signed by a parent or a legal guardian to be able to stay in the hostel.

Do you provide breakfasts?

No, unfortunately, we don’t. But you can use our guest kitchen to cook your own meals.
